KIRA MUN 2.0 is a two-day Model United Nations conference organised by Synaxis, to be held on 22 and 23 August 2026 at The Global Edge School, Kokapet, Hyderabad.

The conference is open to school and college students who register through the official website and complete the registration process, including payment of the applicable fee.

The organisers reserve the right to change the conference schedule, venue, committees, or any other detail of the event if circumstances require it. Participants will be informed of any major changes through the contact details provided at registration.

Registration is done through the form available on this website. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment of the registration fee through the payment gateway provided on the website.

Participants below 18 years of age must submit a parental or guardian consent form as part of the registration process. Registration will not be considered complete without this consent.

The organisers reserve the right to accept or reject any registration at their discretion, including in cases of incomplete or inaccurate information.

A registration fee applies to all participants. The fee amount and payment process will be clearly shown on the registration page before payment is made.

All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. The organisers do not store or have access to your card, UPI, or banking details; these are handled directly and securely by the payment gateway provider.

Once payment is made, the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to a change of mind, inability to attend, or personal emergencies, except where the organisers cancel the conference entirely (see Section 4).

If the organisers cancel the conference entirely for reasons within their control, registered participants will be notified and informed of the next steps regarding their registration fee.

The organisers are not responsible for cancellations, postponements, or changes caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue unavailability, or public health emergencies.

All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow delegates, organisers, volunteers, and venue staff at all times during the conference.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, bullying, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant from the conference without a refund if their conduct violates this policy.

Participants are responsible for their own belongings during the conference. The organisers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Photos and videos may be taken during the conference for documentation and promotional purposes, including posting on Synaxis and KIRA MUN's social media pages. By attending, participants consent to being photographed or filmed for these purposes.

If a participant does not wish to be featured in promotional content, they may inform the organisers in writing before the conference begins, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the request.

The organisers will take reasonable care to ensure the safety and smooth running of the conference but are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by a participant during the event, except where caused directly by the organisers' negligence.

The organisers may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website or participation in the conference after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India.
