Refund Policy

All registration fees paid for KIRA MUN 2.0 are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is processed and your registration is confirmed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

This applies to, but is not limited to, the following situations:

• You are unable to attend the conference for personal, academic, or medical reasons
• You are not satisfied with your committee, country, or portfolio allotment
• You change your mind after registering
• Travel, accommodation, or other personal arrangements fall through
• A duplicate payment was made in error (see Section 4)

Committee, country, and portfolio allotments are made at the sole discretion of the organising team. A preference submitted during registration is noted but not guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with an allotment does not constitute grounds for a refund.

If the conference is postponed to a new date for any reason, all confirmed registrations will automatically carry over to the rescheduled date. No refund will be issued on grounds of a postponement.

Registered delegates will be informed of any date changes promptly through the email address provided at registration and through our official social media channels.

In the event that the organisers cancel the conference entirely, registered participants will be notified and informed of the next steps.

The organisers are not liable for any cancellation caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, venue unavailability, or public health emergencies. In such cases, the fee may not be refunded, but the organisers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event.

If you have been charged more than once due to a technical error during payment, please contact us immediately at kiramun2026@gmail.com with your payment confirmation details. Duplicate charges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and resolved in coordination with the payment gateway provider. This is the only scenario in which a payment may be reversed.

If you are unable to attend after registering, you may not transfer your spot to another individual without prior written approval from the organising team. Unauthorised transfers will not be recognised. To request a transfer, write to us at kiramun2026@gmail.com before 15 August 2026. Approval is at the organisers' discretion.
