Shipping Policy

KIRA MUN 2.0 does not ship any physical items to participants before or after the conference. There is no dispatch of delegate kits, welcome packs, study guides, certificates, or any other material by post or courier.

All physical materials provided as part of the conference experience — including delegate kits, placards, and any printed matter — will be distributed in person, on-site, on the day of the conference.

Study guides, background guides, committee information, and other relevant documents will be shared digitally with registered delegates via the email address provided at the time of registration.

It is the delegate's responsibility to ensure they have provided a correct and active email address and to check it regularly in the weeks leading up to the conference.

All physical items are to be collected on-site at the conference venue. Participants who do not attend the conference, for any reason, will not be entitled to receive their materials through any other means.

Uncollected items will not be held or sent out after the event concludes.

Participation and award certificates will be issued and distributed on-site or shared digitally with delegates upon conclusion of the conference. No physical certificates will be mailed to participants after the event.
