• Payment confirmation details from our payment gateway (we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves)

• Process and confirm your registration for the conference
• Assign committees, countries, or portfolios to delegates
• Communicate important updates about the conference, such as schedule changes
• Verify parental consent for participants under 18 years of age
• Improve our website and future editions of the conference

We do not use your personal information for any purpose beyond running and improving KIRA MUN, and we do not sell your information to any third party.

Payment information is shared only with our payment gateway provider, solely to process your registration fee. We do not have access to your full payment details.

Basic details such as your name, committee, and school may be shared with our Secretariat and volunteer team, strictly for the purpose of organising and running the conference.

We do not share your personal information with any outside organisation for marketing or advertising purposes.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or to protect the safety of participants or the organisers.

As mentioned in our Terms & Conditions, photos and videos may be taken during the conference and used on our social media pages for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, you may inform us in writing before the conference.

Your information is retained only for as long as necessary to organise the conference and for record-keeping related to future editions, unless you request that it be deleted sooner.
